Auxo started as the EHR Austin Davis needed to run his own treatment center — and couldn’t find anywhere on the market.
The story
Two decades on the floor.
Austin Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with 20+ years of front-line clinical experience in behavioral health. He built and runs Clearfork Academy, a faith-informed adolescent treatment center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Over five years, Clearfork cycled through three commercial EHRs. Every one of them had the same problem: built for billing or built for compliance audits, but never built for the clinicians who actually had to use them eight hours a day.
And not one of them respected 42 CFR Part 2 — the federal substance-use confidentiality rule — the way Clearfork’s patients deserved.
So Austin built the EHR he needed. Then he made it good enough that other facilities would want it too. Auxo Health Solutions is the result.
